Let’s start with what we are not – We are not a simple
spirit alternative that is trying to taste like rum, whiskey
and or gin.
We are a choice. A non-alcoholic distilled spirit that
with it’s own unique flavour profile, body and finish give
you zero alcohol, yet plenty of spirit.
Our production process starts by carefully sourcing our
spices and getting them to The Netherlands. We extract
our spices individually by using maceration and
distilling techniques. These beautiful extracts are then
perfected into our Aromatic Spice based on our original
recipe No.27. We let time do its thing for a while and
finally we add water, filtrate and bottle.
Taste – Lightly sweet and citrus notes developing into a
pleasant dry bitter with a warm spice bite
