VAN SHA x Mr. Sipps

Mr. Sipps aka Andrei Talapanescu was the previous Head Bartender at Pulitzer Bar. In recognition of his skills, he has won numerous awards, including Entrée’s Best Bartender in the Netherlands in 2019, Patron Perfectionist in 2019, Pulitzer’s Best Classic Hotel Bar, Best Hotel Bar, and Gault Millau named Pulitzer as the Best Cocktail Bar in the Netherlands.

VAN SHA and Andrei teamed up to create some of the most delicious mocktails for you. Andrei’s favorite cocktail is the Kaffir Fizz. Curious? You can find the recipe below.

Ingredients
40ml VAN SHA
20ml Kaffir lime syrup
10ml Paragon timur berry
20ml Lime juice
2 Drops foamer
50ml Non-alcoholic Champagne

Glass
Long drink

Method
Add all ingredients except champagne to a shaker and fill it with ice. Give it a quick shake and fine strain in a long drink. Garnish with green cardamom pods.
