VAN SHA Aromatic spice is a unique non-alcoholic dark spirit. More specifically, a fine distilled spice blend with natural active ingredients that deliver both a sensory and uplifting experience. It has a bold & complex flavor profile which is a perfect base for your no & low dark spirit cocktails such as The Old Fashioned or our signature “Not So Old Fashioned”.
Our production process starts by carefully sourcing our spices and getting them to The Netherlands. We extract our spices individually by using maceration and distilling techniques. These beautiful extracts are then perfected into our Aromatic Spice based on our original recipe No.27. We let time do its thing for a while and finally we add water, filtrate and bottle.
It took us 2 years and 27 trials to perfect our original recipe with a panel of world class bartenders, chefs, sommeliers, distillers, scientist and consumers (both drinkers and non-drinkers), so only apt we labeled it spice blend no.27
While VAN SHA Aromatic Spice is distilled with more than 35 exquisite spices, our main spices include Saffron, Neroli & Galangal. These spices make for our distinct aroma, flavour and uplifting drink experience, which we coined “ Zero Alcohol Plenty of Spirit”. Our blend does not contain any added sugar and or sweetener. Nor does it contain any artificial flavouring.
