VAN SHA SPIRITS RETURN POLICY

At VAN SHA SPIRITS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have the right to return your order. Below are the details of our return policy. Note that we fulfill your order with our fullfillment partner Drankstunter BV.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

All orders are processed and fulfilled by Drankstunter BV, our trusted logistics partner, who will also share confirmation of shipping your order.
  • • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason.
  • • After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
  • • Once we receive the returned product in good condition, we will refund the full order amount, including the standard shipping costs for the initial delivery.

Note: The costs for returning the product from your address to our warehouse are your responsibility. Please consult your shipping provider for the exact return costs.

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please adhere to the following conditions:
  • • The product must be returned complete, undamaged, and – if reasonably possible – in the original packaging.
  • • If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect the item, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

We ask that you handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged for the return.

3. HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT

To initiate a return, please contact both our fulfillment partner Info@drankstunter.nl and us at info@vanshaspirits.com in one email and adding Return + ordernumber in the subject line.  Once your return has been approved, send the product to the return address provided.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product, provided it arrives in good condition. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. RESPONSIBILITY FOR RETURNS

VAN SHA SPIRITS is not responsible for any damage, loss, or breakage during return shipping. The risk of return shipping lies with the sender.

If we made an error, such as sending the wrong product, please notify us as soon as possible. We will ensure the correct product is sent and reimburse any return shipping costs incurred.
