KAFFIR FIZZ
INGREDIENTS
- 40ml VAN SHA
- 20ml Kaffir lime syrup
- 10ml Paragon timur berry
- 20ml Lime juice
- 2 Drops foamer (optional)
- 50ml Champagne ( Non Alcoholic )
GLASS
- Highball/flute
METHOD
- Add all ingredients except champagne to a shaker and fill with ice, give it a quick shake and fine strain in a long drink or champagne flute.
GARNISH
- Lime zest
