GALANGAL PENICILLIN
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml VAN SHA
- 20ml Galangal & Agave syrup*
- 10ml Lemon juice
- 10ml Lime juice
- pinch of smoked salt
GLASS
- Tumbler / Rocks
METHOD
- Pour all ingredients in a shaker and fill with ice, give it a quick shake and fine strain over ice cubes in a short glass, garnish with candied ginger on a stick.
- *Galangal & Agave syrup - juice fresh galangal and combine with equal parts agave syrup. Ginger & honey syrup works as well
