INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Van Sha
- 25ml Pink grapefruit juice
- 15ml Rosemary syrup
- Egg white or Foaming agent
GLASS

METHOD
- Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice, give it a quick shake and fine strain in a coupe.

- Green cardamom pods
